I spent weeks going over different return platforms - all of the big guys - and wasn't impressed with their customization features, pricing, and lack of features we needed for our small beauty tech business. The Navidium team was recommended in a Shopify Plus forum, and after demoing the platform, I knew this was going to be the right one for our business. The entire team has been incredibly helpful with onboarding, operations, updates, and is very pleasant to communicate with. I really feel like we have a custom system for our customers and business and it has saved us from needing to hire 2 additional agents to handle return volume in Q4 - huge! I recommend Navidium to anyone looking for an easy to navigate (for customers and agent) return management software. It has been almost 3 months for us and we are very happy.

I've been using Navidium Returns for 2 years now. It has made my business run smoothly at a fraction of the cost of the big players. Over the last 2 years, we've ran into nuance scenarios and the team was able to help us resolve them! If you need returns for your business, this is a no brainer!! I do recommend the team to build onboarding videos when they launch new features so it's more self service.

As a user of their other products and one the first to review Navidium Returns and Exchanges, I think what they're building is phenomenal and would recommend them to anyone. It was a bit tedious to set up this app myself, but I had a good onboarding experience with Jason and I discovered that this doubles up as an order tracking app as well, which will further help me save and budget my subscription stack. their cost of service is more than fair for anyone and i look forward to other products they build in the future
