Navidium Returns & Exchanges

Navidium has been BYFAR the best returns platform I've used so far. I love their pricing model and the level of customization they offer—features like exchanges for entirely different products (not just variants) are typically locked behind much more expensive plans. Their customer support has also been incredible. I have a complicated returns policy and have reached out many times with questions. Every interaction has been fast, helpful, responsive, and pleasant. In several cases, when a feature I needed wasn't available, their team even worked with their developers to create a custom solution (!!!) I've tried several other returns platforms, and I've been genuinely surprised by how much better my experience with Navidium has been compared to all of them. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The platform is way easier to use than our previous (more expensive) returns platform. We get more features and insight into our returns picture. I spent weeks going over different return platforms - all of the big guys - and wasn't impressed with their customization features, pricing, and lack of features we needed for our small beauty tech business. The Navidium team was recommended in a Shopify Plus forum, and after demoing the platform, I knew this was going to be the right one for our business. The entire team has been incredibly helpful with onboarding, operations, updates, and is very pleasant to communicate with. I really feel like we have a custom system for our customers and business and it has saved us from needing to hire 2 additional agents to handle return volume in Q4 - huge! I recommend Navidium to anyone looking for an easy to navigate (for customers and agent) return management software. It has been almost 3 months for us and we are very happy.

I've been using Navidium Returns for 2 years now. It has made my business run smoothly at a fraction of the cost of the big players. Over the last 2 years, we've ran into nuance scenarios and the team was able to help us resolve them! If you need returns for your business, this is a no brainer!! I do recommend the team to build onboarding videos when they launch new features so it's more self service.

Effective, easy to use, and a very responsive and accommodating dev team to support it all. Very satisfied with the Navidium suite of apps and services, they've become an integral part of our business.
