SHOW PONY review for Navidium Returns & Exchanges

Navidium has been BYFAR the best returns platform I've used so far. I love their pricing model and the level of customization they offer—features like exchanges for entirely different products (not just variants) are typically locked behind much more expensive plans. Their customer support has also been incredible. I have a complicated returns policy and have reached out many times with questions. Every interaction has been fast, helpful, responsive, and pleasant. In several cases, when a feature I needed wasn't available, their team even worked with their developers to create a custom solution (!!!) I've tried several other returns platforms, and I've been genuinely surprised by how much better my experience with Navidium has been compared to all of them. I can't recommend them highly enough!
