Features are good but, at least on our Shopify Plus store, the app backend was really glitchy. It wouldn't save settings, it would revert back to previous settings and entries, it would reset things like cart % to charge, max and min cart, pop-up messages, etc. We deleted it. Way too much hassle.

The shipping protection is working well on our website and the customer support has been great.
