So many bugs. They were pleasant to work with but worked very slow. Took them days to make small changes and then the app would start having random issues. It's too bad, because the claim portal is a great tool to have but I just can't use this with the amount of bugs it has.

This has been an amazing app to help us cover costs if there is a replacement or be able to move accountability to the customer if they de-select select the coverage! highly recommend
