We moved over from a third-party shipping protection provider and have been really happy with the switch. Easy to use, the team is very responsive. Plus you have more control - you keep more fees and decide how to manage claims. It's worked well for us. Doesn't interfere with checkout software and product listings the way some of their competitors did. . .

We’ve been using Navidium since 2024, and it’s been a great addition to our stack. It’s super easy to set up, and the biggest win for us is being able to manage our own shipping protection instead of relying on third parties. Keeping that revenue in-house while resolving claims quickly has made a real difference both operationally and financially. The customization options are also a big plus—we were able to match everything to our brand and control how it appears in the cart/checkout. Overall, it just works. If you want more control over shipping protection and a smoother post-purchase experience, definitely worth trying.
