These guys behind Navidium are incredible!! Since the installation, they've been super helpful, they respond super quickly and they make sure every need i have can be done (ex: we needed french translation everywhere because our clients are French or English and they added extra coding on their app for us so it can work, freely! Also, the app is super user-friendly, works like magic & is a much better option than the other Shipping Protection apps we've used in the past! I recommend to any merchand!

Navidium has been working great for us. Their team helped with the setup and even assisted with a theme switch soon after we had added it to our theme. Support was great! So far, so good with the app. Switched from another insurance company and love that we're getting to retain revenue and actually assist our customers with replacing orders that get lost instead of their claims getting denied.

Have only just started using the app so don't have app-performance feedback just yet. But the customer service and support that the Navidium team provide is outstanding. They are incredibly fast at replying, they loop in multiple team members within the email chain and they are quick at troubleshooting. They coincidentally found a few minor bugs/glitches with our website and fixed it up happily out of good will too. Im sure the app will be great. Considering their level of support of great.

We moved over from a third-party shipping protection provider and have been really happy with the switch. Navidium gives us more control over the customer experience, and everything feels much more aligned with how we want to support our customers. Easy to use, the team is very responsive. Plus you have more control - you keep more fees and decide how to manage claims. It's worked well for us. Doesn't interfere with checkout software and product listings the way some of their competitors did. . .
