customer service leaves much to be desired. no transparent info on dashboard about billing cycle date, pro rating months w/ fewer orders, etc. will probably switch.

So glad I made the pivotal switch years ago! Easy to use the platform in addition to keeping your fees. It's great having full control over the process. I've been with Navidium for 4 years now. Highly recommend.
