Was great while it worked, however, our checkout stopped working about 3 weeks into using it which one of our staff noticed after hours due to a slew of customer support requests. It has since been over 8 days with Navidium "looking into it", and still no sign of it being fixed. I will modify this review in the event it is ever fixed, but had our staff member not noticed we would have lost almost tens of thousands of dollars.

Has worked with almost no hitches so far. Easy install, and we love being able to act as the insurer. It is expensive to replace lost packages and this extra revenue has been great. Customers that purchase it get our top replacement service. No technical problems in the store; easy to name and code into the cart. I like that it is simple and straightforward - I do not actually want to buy insurance and deal with a claims process and this is quick and to the point. There was a problem recently when they built a new login page and did not give all of us a way to make a login, but they responded right away after I left a bad review so I have updated this to reflect that. ;) Hopefully they also made their contact page start working again.

We've used Navidium for several years now. It's performed flawlessly, and has been a key component of our Mythical Customer CareTM. If a customer selects package protection and has a lost/stolen package, they have peace of mind that we're immediately able to take great care of them. Thank you Navidium!
