Bundle of Joy Company review for Navidium Shipping Protection

Navidium has been absolutely amazing! The customer support team is extremely responsive and extremely helpful (will typically have a response within the hour). My store had been using Route for the longest time. Route determines what they will cover, and makes the claims process very difficult. I found it hilarious that Route collects all money from your customers, and then will refuse reimbursement for certain orders. With Navidium I am in complete control of reimbursing customers and it makes everything so much easier. If you are on the fence between Route and Navidium, your choice should be Navidium and it’s not even close.
