I was glad to know more about Nector. Ayush helped me a lot in understanding the tool. His suggestions to improve the reward system can hopefully be surplus to us.

Firstly, the support, onboarding and promptness of the customer service, customer success team has been amazing. It was seamless to make the transition to Nector and one of the main reasons to make the transition was its integrations The ability to create a separate landing page for loyalty, to a separate landing page for your rewards while incorporating automations to collect reviews was a much needed feature. The dashboard is beautiful, insightful, and allows me to really understand what my customer behaviour is in many ways. All in all, I'm a huge supporter of Nector because yes the product is wonderful, but above that, the team has been one of the best I've worked with till date! Thank you team - really appreciate the support, the proactiveness, and ofcourse building a tool like this!

good support team, been a few days for us to be onboarded and the team promptly helped us with all the setting up and how to make the whole experience for our customer seamless. we are also seeing a higher interaction with the loyalty program since we shifted to nector.

Extremely useful app for our marketplace. Made life so much easier with a rewards as well as review system inbuilt in the same app. Highly recommend to all e-commerce websites.

We have had a great experience post integration with Nector. The tool is not just effective but extremely easy to use and analyze data with. Apart from that, Ayush and his team have been super helpful and prompt to our requirements and issues.

We integrated nector pre-Diwali, which is a high demand time for a nuts and dry fruits brand. It has been a great experience so far, we see customers utilising their loyalty points to get a discount which surely adds a great touch to wow the customers. Ayush and his team have been very supportive and we look forward to a long term association.

Have tested multiple different Loyalty apps like Growave and Smile. This one is hands down my favorite. It has a smooth checkout flow for customers (other apps were a bit clunky given Shopify's restrictions on the checkout page) and allows you to customize points earned / reminder emails that get sent to customers. Lastly, their team is very supportive during integration and any questions.
