Nector: Loyalty & Rewards

We've just launched with Nector basis the impressive set of features they have and the brands they operate with. What stood out for us vs a lot of the legacy players was the fact that since they are based out of India, they have optimized their product for India D2C specific use cases which the larger international apps couldnt. The team has been very supportive in getting us live and up and running in record time (4 days). Would love to see a few more customization options which would enable each brand to truly own the experience as per their own guidelines. I do expect Nector to take the feedback from their brands and continue to incorporate additional features.

Nector has greatly helped us in retaining customers on our D2C website. It is very intuitive to use and has an easy set up process and is enjoyed by the customers too. The team is available almost instantly and gives clear and easy to follow instructions. The thing that we look forward to is getting a plan in the middle of the basic and fully loaded ones so that it can be more viable when we calculate our ROI.

I recommend this app to increase customers' returns and more sales eventually. It helped us to retain the customers.

One of the best app we have got so far in low pricing over shopify. I think the interference is awesome and the support is good but somethings need to add on that they are working on. So, yeah overall it's a good experience.
