We needed a better way to track where our customers were coming from, and Neo Post Purchase Survey nailed it. It’s seamless on the backend and looks clean on the storefront. The best part is the dashboard; the insights are clear enough that we could make adjustments to our marketing strategy almost immediately. Definitely a must-have for Shopify stores.
