I have had this app since 2021. I was able to figure out where to paste the code that needs to be pasted for this app. Since shopify has upgraded to version 2.0 they have changed places for the code. Neon has not upgraded there support help section for the new code placement. I have submitted 2 support tickets for help to place code, with no response. I have Emailed them serval times with no answer, except for the automated response that they have received the Email. Once you upgraded to the next feature, you can not downgrade except to uninstall which I will be doing. To bad though, I really liked this app when it was working before I upgraded my website.

fantastic app - really apprecaite what this app does for free. We will look into the paid options to see other features - but we have used this for a number of years and it is rock solid

Zero support. The app wasn't working and I opened a ticket with Neon for help and they never responded. Uninstalled.

The data is not correct. It is not fetching the right data. Can we please get on a call with the team??
