It's a great app, but they keep changing the CSS code without telling us beforehand, breaking our custom code, which sometimes completely changes the look and layout of everything overnight, leaving us scrambling to find what changed so that we can fix it.

This is a great app! It gives me the exact, high quality customizer I was looking for. It's the only app I found that gives me exactly what I'm looking for and is simple to use. In areas where there was a bit of a learning curve, such as how to do pricing or wondering how to set it up on my Shopify product page, there were lots of ways to get help. The team is super responsive. There is also an AI robot that you can ask questions to at any time of the day that is extremely helpful. The robot will share articles the team has written that detail how to do basically anything I had a question about. Honestly, give it a try because you'll love it for your shop! And the price is comparable or even less, then the other apps I was looking into. Love it!

The support team, cannot fault them at all, very quick to respond and keep you up to date. Second, the app easy to use. Small learning curve - but the onboarding they do gets you up and running. If you are looking to increase your end-user experience this app is a winner.

We have installed this app on all three of our websites: AU, US and UK. We were originally in talks with app developers to create a custom neon tool for our website. We then thankfully found this app. We chose this app over making our own custom app because of price but more importantly, it came with the features that we really needed. Features like adjusting the placement of the text, having a wider range of sizes + custom, allowing us to add examples and customising the tool to our specific needs. What is also really fantastic, is the customer service. We receive responses quickly. Also if it is a technical situation, the team lets us know that they can do it for us. As a small business, this is incredibly helpful.

I move away from another platform to Shopify, So it was almost a start from zero for me. The design tools made it simple to customize with different fonts, colors and materials. The team made my life easier, helping me out on every step of the way I would definitely recommend this app.

Very pleased with how easy it was. The design tools made it simple to customize my sign with different fonts, colors and layouts. I could see changes in real-time so I knew what the final product would look like. Communication during the process was great - they answered all my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this app.
