Rachel was good at helping and The team actually needs to add many features in their chat app. Pre-made Q&A's, Placement, etc.. Good customer support.

This app is really good very simple and easy to set up the only thing i would like to have integrated in this app is the function when you can see whenever someone visit your store and get a notification that someone entered your store it’s very important function for the beginners to see how their store works! other then that… everything looks perfectly fine to me great job guys?

I'm still new but so far my experience has been great, mostly I appreciate the help I got integrating it to my shop. I'm not a computer wiz, actually I installed the app and abandoned setting it up coz wasn't sure of what to do, and out of nowhere received a text asking me if I need help setting up. That I really really appreciated. Thank u very much. I hope to have a successful journey with u guys

I really like how easy the app is to use and let's you visualise your business in details! Everything is straightforward and throughly explained you're not left to figure things out on your own. No need to be tech savy at all. Definitely recommend!!!!!!

Very easy to use and quick to set up as well as customize, needed customer support for some help and Rachel was quick and prompt to help and stayed connected until issue was resolved. I highly recommend this app!
