I was also surprised by the voicemail I received, advising us to "cease shipping our products." This message seemed inconsistent with the information provided over the phone and came across as rather abrupt. I intend to share this feedback, including the voicemail and our email correspondence, with netParcel management. It is crucial for businesses to maintain professionalism, especially when communicating policies or concerns. A well-documented policy and a considerate approach can prevent misunderstandings and ensure a positive customer experience. While I understand that companies reserve the right to choose whom they provide services to, having policies in clear writing and communicating them with care and respect can make a significant difference.
