Perfect app with amazing support. Any problems we have faced have been solved very quickly, without hassle. Would recommend.

We had an issue with deposits not submitting that took several days to fix but the app team stayed on top of the problem and checked in daily until the ticket was resolved.

Very helpful, I found with these things it takes a team effort and Manish was willing to jump in and become part of the team. We not only have saved $3k on our total solution but received within 24 hour ticket responses from our support rep and meeting invites. For integration assistance. I have been working with large corporate companies to provide this service to my client but am very satisfied with how we have had integration support and almost unlimited help from support. I would highly suggest WebBee as an affordable solution that actually stands behind its software. Too often we overpay to get bounced around the round robin...but I felt that this was a very personable solution with all of the benefits of a corporate integrator. I was worried about losing some of my workflows and integrations but that was not the case. Very efficient. I am looking forward to growing a WebBee relationship and adding services as needed to my clients.

We have used this app to connect out Shopify store to NetSuite. The team at WebBee have been super helpful (even more than our NetSuite implementation group at times). Overall the settings are ready to go, easy to install and get up and running. Nonetheless, I appreciate the responsiveness of the WebBee team when questions arise. I highly recommend this app as it is a very good bargain over the alternatives we investigated.

Great app !! I was researching options for a good Shopify - Netsuite integration solution and found that they were all very expensive.. I came across Robust Netsuite Integrator and found that it is quite easy to set up, has a lot of customisation options and has, hands-down, the best support team I've ever come across using any Shopify app. AJ and Aditya know the app inside out and will make sure that the app is set up perfectly to work the way you need it too (even if - as in my case - you know quite little about Netsuite and need to jump on a number of calls with them to set it up). I would highly recommend using this app if you're looking for a good & affordable Shopify-Netsuite integration with an even better team looking after it.

Great integrator tool! User interface looks great and it is easy to customize for your own business. Amazing customer service support, you can always reach out with any queries and expect a timely response. They are very reliable and always want make sure all you questions are answered. Would definitely suggest to others.

This app is exactly what is advertised and works great. Specifically, it seamlessly integrates our Shopify orders with Netsuite. It automatically processes shipment information and charges credit cards when Item Fulfillments and Cash Sales are generated. Setup took a bit of time, but their service team is very responsive to get us up and going. We've been using this now for several years and it works perfectly.

This app is easy to set up and use and has been an excellent way to integrate with NetSuite. Day to day customer service has been great too.
