I received a order and Tanya Wang my "manager" has not fulfilled any shipping service, has made threats to me and abusing me on the phone, made me pay extra fees for my order, blocked my number, wont answer any of my phone calls i have reported her to dropship zone this matter needs to be resolved immediately as my customer is waiting for his order and she is of 0 help she cannot explain to me why she cannot add a fulfilment service in my Shopify settings, I will lose this $1900 order now because she wont answer any of my calls and i cannot be transferred to any other agent this whole company is a scam stay away!

As a beginner to Dropshipping (in 1st week), I have found this app to be amazing. Very user friendly & the learning guides provided have been really helpful so far. I was very nervous getting started but having an app this good has helped reduce the stress of getting started. Thank you!

I've been a DSZ customer for many years, and only using the DSZ app for 6 months. Overall is ia good experience, simple to use and fits my needs and purpose. The app automatically reduces stock QTY to 0 if QTY reaches a certain threshold, I'd like this setting to have "1,2,3,4" options. It would be helpful if it has additional filter options like the DSZ website does, such as the ability to filter AU Free Shipping - non direct import. Overall, good and easy app to use.

This is a fantastic Application. The support is amazing, and even though the process was a bit tricky to set up on my Shopify store, the support team were there for me every step of the way. The combination of a solid Shopify Application, plus backend "Real People" support, make this the #1 shopify app for me selling products in Australia.
