This is a fantastic Application. The support is amazing, and even though the process was a bit tricky to set up on my Shopify store, the support team were there for me every step of the way. The combination of a solid Shopify Application, plus backend "Real People" support, make this the #1 shopify app for me selling products in Australia.

I have been using Dropshipzone for a few months now. Very impressed by the promptness with which the team respond to any questions and are willing to go beyond the normal. I find it easy to add products, update pricing and make any other changes. They have an extensive range of products and are constantly updating the specials. I look forward to growing our business with Dropshipzone behind us. Special thanks to Jonathan for being very proactive.

Easy to use! Good integration with shopify store. Very friendly customer support team to follow up and fix the issues in time. Great App. Good integration with shopify store. Best bit is that you get a dedicated account manager person to help you out when you need help. Fantastic app with outstanding support from the Dropshipzone team! My account manager, Vivien Liow, has been incredible, and always ready to help with solutions to make you satisfied. Dropshipzone has made it effortless to automate my store, handle inventory updates, and sync price changes automatically, so I never have to worry about monitoring these details. The regular promotions and great product selection make it easier to boost sales. Shipping is prompt, and their couriers are very reliable. The app makes the whole process smooth and rewarding.

Awesome app and fantastic support from the Team! Our Account Manager, Vivien Liow, helped us in getting a real good price from the supplier as we are purchasing bulk. I have been using this app now for 9 months and have seen some great improvements over this time along with a lot of new products being added constantly. Our dedicated team manger Novia has been great in not only answering my questions but sending information and ideas my way. The app works seamlessly, shipping is very prompt and their couriers are very helpful the few times I have had to follow up on shipping during the busy months. Products are easily uploaded and any price increases are automatically synced to my store. You do have to be realistic about profit margins, but considering your not holding stock, not despatching orders it is rewarding for your input and this app makes light work of it.

I have used this app for the last 6 months and with the amount of SKU's we have it certainly makes life much easier, the new fulfilment function is also awesome too. There are a few things we would like to see in the future if possible such as; Being able to push a price/margin update to all the products yourself if you decide to change the margin rather than having to do manually one at a time. Also to be able to have the choice to bring over the shipping costs table on the bulky goods into the description. All in all we love it!

The app has so far been fault free for us. We would like to see some enhancements such as the pricing rules without any restrictions (more competitive pricing would be nice!), product images with clear backgrounds (transparent png type), Products with 'Extra Shipping' cost to have the shipping cost shown on the product, currently have to go back to website to check the extra shipping cost, would be nice to see it in the App itself. Service and Support from the team is very good and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the app.

So far so good, It works fine when you a import a few items , slows down and causing browser crash while importing large list . Its lacking few important features like search products with free shipping , shipping charges , product attribute search like 'bulky or heavy item' Inventory updates (stock quantity) Hoping that the new features will be added by the developers soon . Thanks for this app , saves 100s of hours of working with CSV and XSL files
