I received a order and Tanya Wang my "manager" has not fulfilled any shipping service, has made threats to me and abusing me on the phone, made me pay extra fees for my order, blocked my number, wont answer any of my phone calls i have reported her to dropship zone this matter needs to be resolved immediately as my customer is waiting for his order and she is of 0 help she cannot explain to me why she cannot add a fulfilment service in my Shopify settings, I will lose this $1900 order now because she wont answer any of my calls and i cannot be transferred to any other agent this whole company is a scam stay away!
