Worst 3PL ever. Before working with them, Cassiel quoted me 5.54USD for the shipping to France as it is the special shipping line for sensitive products. Once I topped up and started receiving orders, the price went up to 13.44USD with no reason. So this is a 134% augmentation in 27 days. And when I point that to Cassiel, she tells me... "price may vary because of the fuel" I obviously understand that price could vary because of the price of fuel but 134% in 27 days is an absolute joke. And price of petrol decreased a lot during that period of time. Go everywhere but to Next Smart Ship for your 3PL if you don't want to get scammed like I was.

Such good customer support, Hedwig especially has been so helpful and quick to rescue any mission. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication of their team! Would recommend!

I've been using this service for more than a year, and it feels better than amazon FBA as you'll have a personal advisor that you can chat with about your enquiries. Definitely recommend! Had a few issues with delays at the beginning, but after those initial hickups, I can highly recommend Nextsmartship to take care of your packages and shipping of your products. Their staff is friendly and effective, and their services work as they should. If you need fulfiilment, this one is good.
