Worst 3PL ever. Before working with them, Cassiel quoted me 5.54USD for the shipping to France as it is the special shipping line for sensitive products. Once I topped up and started receiving orders, the price went up to 13.44USD with no reason. So this is a 134% augmentation in 27 days. And when I point that to Cassiel, she tells me... "price may vary because of the fuel" I obviously understand that price could vary because of the price of fuel but 134% in 27 days is an absolute joke. And price of petrol decreased a lot during that period of time. Go everywhere but to Next Smart Ship for your 3PL if you don't want to get scammed like I was.
