Had Issues with fulfilling the order and there's no indication what's the problem was, just an error- contact customer support at support@ninja- asked for screenshot of the error message after a long explanation, afterwards told me to contact integration team. Drop the case because it's a hassle- they should have direct me to the integration team instead of wanting me to contact them- means I have to explain everything back to square one again.
There is basically ZERO support. Had issues with fufilling the order and got a error message that just indicate error doing so without any context what is causing it. Tried to contact support but no reply.
I initially considered giving this service a full 5-star rating; however, the lack of effective customer support has significantly impacted my experience. Despite multiple attempts to request billing statements through both their chat and email support channels, I was assured that the documents would be sent to me. To date, I have not received them. Furthermore, my account was suspended without resolution, adding to the frustration. The absence of a live agent chat option on their website further complicates the process of resolving issues. At this point, I am compelled to seek an alternative provider, as my business operations cannot afford to be disrupted due to inadequate customer support. This experience has been highly disappointing and inconvenient.
We are very happy with the straight forward shipping method ninja provides. In top of that i would like to shout out to Mr Kartik for being super helpful in the process of setting this up
Been using Ninja Van for a year now. No complains, app works great for all our local delivery needs. Overseas shipment is great value as well for selected country. Would recommend.
