Fantastic app and amazing customer service. I was back and forth with the team with several questions and they were very responsive. Our store is inundated with bots and we've been able to redirect the majority of them.

Mon site a récemment été pié en plus d’être en proie avec des centaines de visites suspicieuses qui avaient pour effet de rendre les données d’analyses de ventes incohérentes. Reda, au service à la clientèle de No Spy, a offert un service exceptionnel, efficace et rassurant ; tous nos problèmes ont été réglés. Je recommande vivement cette application!

I tried another service before this one to deal with constant China visitors on my website. The previous app did NOTHING to mitigate it. Since installing this one, the China visits have reduced dramatically, with the redirect added. Also, I got help from Reda from NOSPY, best person to deal with ever! Super helpful and very kind. Went above and beyond and also put up with my inexperience and lack of understanding. Very valuable person and APP.

An absolutely must-have app, as it helps protect my store. The NoSpy app is very easy to use and offers many useful features. Since installing the app, I have reached out to customer support many times, and Reda has always provided excellent answers. Thank you!

We were facing issues with spyware and fake carts, so we promptly signed up. I had numerous questions, and they were promptly answered within minutes. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. I genuinely wish all companies had the same excellent idea to support small businesses. I have already recommended them to many others.

I installed this app and I was having an issue with the app not appearing in my store where I wasn’t able to select a payment plan. I submitted a request to brio commerce for support and Reda got back to me immediately. Reda provided full support and managed to resolve the issue without any further delay. Thank you Reda!

I recently had thousands of useless bots crawling my site and had no idea how to stop them. Thankfully, I installed the No Spy App, and within a day, all those bots were gone! What impressed me even more was their exceptional customer service — Reda responded right away, explained everything clearly, and solved the issue quickly. I felt completely safe and supported working with him. I highly recommend the No Spy App to anyone!

application impressionnante j'ai eu un pillage de mon site par nos amis chinois avec prés de 200 connexions par jour depuis que j'ai mis l'application plus de connexions nuisibles j'ai pu bannir tous les pays dangereux, n'étant pas très doué j'ai demandé de l'aide à leur service client qui m'ont répondu de suite mais apparement j'avais fait les choses bien, merci à Reda qui a été très serviable et sympathique, merci

Great app with lots of features to help keep your store secure. If you value security and need an easy tool setup and use, you need to give No Spy a try. Like most apps a paid subscription gets you more features and this one is worth the upgrade. If you need unsecured access to you can quickly disable all or parts of the application. I recently ran into an issue and reached out to support. Reda was quick to jump on the case and stick with it until the problem was resolved. so, if you're on the fence know that they have your back and will make sure you are taken care of.

When you select an app for your store there are two things you should be concerned with 1.) Does the app do what you need? 2.) What happens when you have questions or a problem...will there be anyone around who can help? For this app both are just Awesome!. The app delivers as promised. Installation is quick and their documentation is accurate. The app has a built in support feature which is cool, but what makes it better is there are real actual people to interact with you and get your issue resolved. Great product, Awesome service

I'm a big fan of NoSpy and their staff. Worked with Reda to answer some questions I've had and he's a rock star all around. Plus, NoSpy does give me plenty of peace of mind with my biz too all at a great price. Definitely recommend them. :)

This app is essential to protect your work/ business. My site was copied by Fixabolt (I am Fixaball) and there's nothing Shopify or Google could do. To pursue legal action would be costly and very time consuming. Don't let them in the 1st place! The app is easy to use and has some great features. One I needed in particular was to be able to access my site without restrictions. Shopify filter doesn't work well when building invoices so to find the products, I need to filter on the website and copy/ paste the title of the listing to speeds things up (providing your site filters easily). Reda was very helpful by being interested in my needs and actually acting on my feedback, so, 'No Spy' have good souls in my opinion. Get the 'No Spy' app...

NoSpy blocks unwanted spy extensions, bot scraping, and suspicious traffic, and lets us restrict access by country, IP, or region — which has helped clean up analytics and reduce bot hits. It also disables right-click, text selections. aand image saving so our product content stays protected without affecting legit visitors. Setup was quick and it runs smoothly.

We've been using this application since 2023 it was one of the last ones we tried from the app store, and we’re glad we did. The build quality and functionality are excellent. It keeps our website secure without introducing any technical issues.

Absolutely excellent. I have been very concerned for a while about some irregular spikes in my Analytics. I purchased the App in order to filter out what I knew to be an issue. As a Business owner, it's very worrying, but I must honestly say that the help I have received within 24 hours of installing the App was first class. I am so glad that I chose Nospy - it has put my mind at ease, as I know it's doing it's job. With such excellent & attentive help and support, I feel confident that my Business is being protected well. Thank you once again!

This app really met my business needs for more than a year! Customer service (e.g. Reda) was really responsive & respectful. Their development team readily implemented my suggestion to improve their app. When my business revenue can justify the cost of the app, I will reinstall it back. I'm happy to recommend this app to many, if not all merchants!
