This is a fake review made by our competitor. The store as installed the app for 1 minute while writing his review and uninstalled it right after published it. He didn’t had time to enter the app or contact us. They are spamming 1-star review. The Store and review has been reported to Shopify and will be deleted ASAP. PS: Don't lose your money on these reviews dear competitor, It'll be deleted soon :)
