Terps USA® review for Wyllo

Edited and order from Pass to Fail after 4 days. Order had been shipped. Order was over $1000 they refunded the order 15 minutes before the Credit Card Settlement time. Authorize.net, Shopify both agreed to the documented loss. $1000+ of product sent and then $1000+ removed form our account. I thought they prevented fraud.... seems I may have had that backwards.
