Excellence in Customer Service. I’d like to preface this by saying I’m nowhere near tech savvy. I had just installed the Notifio app and upon opening a chat with Notifio, I was promptly greeted by Rahul who was very patient, understanding and took the time to assist me and guide me through setting up my first campaign. Ensuring I had a clear understanding (I was definitely overthinking it) all the while establishing a successful introduction with Notifio. Thank you Rahul. You set an example for others to follow.

App is uninstalled from the store then also subscribe popup is displayed. Please explain how to remove popup.

Our app should not affect your store once removed, because our app works with Shopify theme app extension. and Once app will be removed, it will not load anything from our app. Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private window.
