Excellence in Customer Service. I’d like to preface this by saying I’m nowhere near tech savvy. I had just installed the Notifio app and upon opening a chat with Notifio, I was promptly greeted by Rahul who was very patient, understanding and took the time to assist me and guide me through setting up my first campaign. Ensuring I had a clear understanding (I was definitely overthinking it) all the while establishing a successful introduction with Notifio. Thank you Rahul. You set an example for others to follow.

A must have app! Good overall customization and integrates well with Shopify. Took me a few trials to get my welcome message formatted correctly, but the customer service has been very helpful! Could use a few minor tweaks such as: * An on screen message confirming a customers subscription. * The ability to send test emails to yourself even if you've subscribed. Would greatly help to ensure formatting is correct. * Ability to remove company logo from specific emails when default header is set to include a logo. Highly recommended app otherwise!

I am loving working with this app as of now. Though havent tested performance over a length of time, their customer support is very proactive and open to feedback. Love that . Also love the different notification/sms/email driven customer recontact options given thru a single app. Have tried many apps but havent found one single one which gives so many options. This should help avoid bugs that pop up with using different apps for different functionalities. Nicely thought !

SUPER great app to have for obvious reasons and probably the best of the bunch out there in terms of all the different types of notifications automated for you to go in and customize. Reached out to support for help and they flew right on it and made it work with no hassle at all. Truly going above and beyond and I'm excited to give it some time, which we can give since it's free, and see what happens! thank you guys! ALSO, cool support with whatsapp. Highly recco.
