We are new to Notify Customers and have only posted one sms text message to our customer base. After researching many sms text apps, this one is great! Easy to use, straightforward and perfect for any business that needs only an sms text app. It was so easy to integrate with our Shopify store and within minutes our customer list was downloaded. The other BIG positive is the customer support. Todd and the Notify team have been great to respond quickly to all our questions with initial set up. Their customer service is 5-Star. This app has been so easy to use and so far have enjoyed it! I have truly appreciated that anytime I did have a question on something I could easily email them and a real person not AI responds fairly quickly. Now days it seems like getting assistance from real people is super rare.
