Low stock alert didnt work properly, lack of support to fix it. Which is too bad because the now in stock notification part of it was pretty decent. 4 stars for the now in stock notification, 1 star for the low stock alert and 1 star for support

Mine stopped working but they fixed it quickly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it takes a long time for the sign up box to show up on the page. Long load time.

All of a sudden it stopped working and now my products show an "unavailable" button instead of the email entry box.

Kundan and the team at Now in stock @ $3 have the best bang for the buck for dealing with out of stock products. They have recently added a feature that allows us to exclude certain variations or entire SKU families we never plan to re-stock from future notifications. I have been using this app for a bit now and I love it! It's great to see what customers are wanting and helps when deciding what to re order.... this is a must have! support is quick to respond as well!

Brilliant so easy to use (they set it up for you). And has saved me so much time with tracking who wants out of stock items and contacting them when they are restocked. Thank you for this awesome app, great value for money.

It worked fine for a while, but I noticed that recently it stopped working. When the page first loads you can see the sign up form to receive an email on an out of stock item, but the sign up form vanishes almost instantly. This renders the app useless if people cannot sign up. I'm dropping this app. There is no point in spending $3 a month for something that does not work properly.

I emailed the developers about installing this app to try it for the 14 day trial, but never heard a word from them. The only way I knew it was installed was that I noticed the extra charge on my Shopify account. I had asked a few customization question that were never answered. When I checked on the installation, I noticed that it wan't working and emailed the developers immediately to see if they would uninstall the app. It's been several days with no word and an app on my site that doesn't work. I was really hoping this would be a simple way to collect customer data on out of stock items, but it's just turned into a clunky broken add-on. Super disappointed in the lack of communication.

Excellent Service and App! We had a problem with the App when they updated it, we got in touch and they sorted it out in no time! Now our customers can use the email service again so they don't have to keep checking back for a change in stock levels. Chris

Didn't work but needed something quickly. Form would appear on product page but then disappear.

I initially liked the app, however the functionality on the back end for me was not working properly and that's where I got lack of service. App was installed and I needed some help as it wasn't functioning in the restock date area. I sent a message for help on this and no reply back. So I uninstalled the app and it's still remains. Why is it still there?

Excellent app, exactly what we were looking for. It sends emails automatically rather than us having to somehow keep track of all requests. Customer support is excellent and the customizable email template allows us to brand our correspondence to the customer, keeping the guest experience cohesive throughout the visit/request/ordering process. Customer service support is excellent. I mention it twice because they not only set up the program for us (for free), but also helped to troubleshoot the email template issue we were having, both done quickly. We would definitely recommend this app!
