Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

I used this app for quizzes, FB Messenger, and SMS. We find it very helpful and a key platform for us, especially because our Octane rep manages the account with us with expertise and great assistance.

I can't rate the Octane app highly enough. We have seen a massive bump in our opt ins, and I really feel it helps our customers to feel more in-the-loop with our store. The support from Octane is also excellent, and any tweaks I have needed to make have been actioned promptly and efficiently!

This app has been great for our website. It is such a great tool to help customers find their shade via the quiz or get a better look at recommended products. The Facebook marketing is also a game changer in terms of being easily able to communicate with our customers. We went for the full package with Octaine AI and our account manager is always coming up with new ideas and ways to improve our service. Couldn't recommend more :)

Octane.ai has been a great investment for our company and has been really helpful not only for us but for our new and existing customers who use our website. It has greatly improved our sales and assists with customized recommendations on our products which our customers have really enjoyed. The service from Aoife has been nothing short of amazing, and she has been available to assist whenever necessary, without any delay or hesitation.

Why didn't I use Octane sooner?!?! Is what we keep saying to ourselves. Cutting edge, low noise medium that gives us incredible ROAS. We use the enterprise service and it is incredible the level of service and execution. It's like having another full-time member of our in-house team.

The support in configuration of the quiz and making adjustments post-launch was great. Jamila has been very supportive and responsive throughout the process. However it WOULD be great if in the future we could use Shopify tags to dynamically update the results that populate as opposed to making manual updates to the quiz as we release new product.

Very intuitive interface and a lot of possibilities. Mark has been very helpful within minutes when I needed assistance!

Octane AI has been a great app for us as it offers a number of features that allow us to meet our customers where they are and anticipate their needs. Both the quiz and the integrations with Messenger are valuable tools, and the process of setting everything up was made so much easier by the Octane AI team. Working with them has been nothing but a pleasure. From onboarding with Jacob, learning new insights from Katie, or working towards monthly goals, and testing new ideas with Valentina, it's been a smooth experience the whole way through.

Our product has a color-match component that is a huge driver in customer decision making as well as a main reason for returns. It was important for us to get the quiz portion correct in the customer flow in order to drive sales. Our previous solution (using computer vision to match our product colors to customers) was too complex and a lot of users would drop off at the portion of the quiz that required people to take a selfie while taking the quiz. Octane's quiz was a quick replacement and the customer service team was awesome in helping answer our questions as we built out our survey. My personal favorite part of this app is the dashboard. It's really great to see how much traffic is generated and what sales we make from the results page. This has been a core feature of our business.

The Octane AI team is very responsive and helpful in answering questions and getting our campaigns up and running quickly. In just a short time we've seen a large jump in subscribers and revenue and looking forward to implementing the quiz and other features very soon.
