Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

We have been using this app for a few months now and everything works flawlessly. It's quite a complex software and I needed to get in touch with the support team a few times. I used the online chat feature and received an excellent support from both Katie and Milena. I would certainly recommend to use this software especially for such a low monthly fee.

We just installed Octane AI on free trial to give it a shot in hopes of converting some of our abandoned carts. After adding we are quickly finding all the options on how to message the customer! Integration & set up has been a breeze and the support team has been amazing, especially Katie :) Excited to see what the next couple weeks hold!

If you are in between Recart and Octane or any other Messenger marketing/bot and can't decide which one to go with, look no more. Octane is the superior option. Not only do you have most of the features of other bots you have great opportunities for marketing to get more followers such as click-to-messenger ads and a lot more. The only minus is the hefty price to be able to make flows. but you get the most features at the 9$/month option anyway. Not to mention the support, WOW, extremely fast and helpful. Shoutout to Megan and Milena who recently help me with a problem I had with my store. Go Octane!

With the current state of Messenger Marketing in 2019, this app is a goldmine! It is by far the easiest bot solution for Shopify stores and we saw crazy ROI just with the free trial! You can scale it up or down as you see fit, use the features you want to use that make sense for your store, and layer it with so many other industry standard Shopify apps. We were able to get up and running fully with all the bells and whistles within a few days. The Octane team has been super helpful and support is out of this world. They are constantly putting out helpful resources and truly care that you're making the most of your investment. Just the fact that the CEO is still involved directly in sales and runs an interactive Facebook group for people to get ideas, share feature requests, and more is super encouraging to see. Bravo, Octane!

I liked the app. The coolest thing is that you can create custom flows with your customers. Iеt's like flows in the email, but in the Messenger. Really cool feature. However, still, a lot of things needs to be improved. I used a lot of manychat and they have much more options when you creating a bot. But, they don't have abandonment carts and some cool features that have Octaine.

Straight off the bat, and before I even completed the trial this app has recovered nearly $4k of revenue at full margin. FB Messenger marketing and figuring out how the subscribers, rules and nuances work is definitely a learning curve, but what isn't?! Once you get your head around it, you'll be miles ahead of the competition. Our first ad was picking up subscribers at 7 cents per user and this will be a major focus for us now. Support from Matt has been great, including pre-built flows and ideas for content and in chat support that helped my understand the whole relationship and rules around Interactions, Subscriber and Promotions / Broadcasts and how that affects your total list. This is also one of the only Bots that allows you to do abandoned carts, and also one of the only ones that integrate with Klaviyo.

Octane AI allows you to achieve professional results that are easily tailored to the needs of your brand. I looked at other bot building apps and they were just as good but nowhere near as easy to use! BONUS: the Octane AI support staff are brilliant.

I'm not sure there are words to describe how awesome working with Octane is. 1: My on-boarding call was with the president. Who does that? So cool. Such a great insight into the company. That pretty much sold me without even learning the software. 2: Their rapid advancement is on point. Weekly new integrations and that perfect "can do" attitude towards building new integrations with new companies. 3: When you screw up, help is a few minutes away. Nothing but great insight from the support staff, and quickly. I can see this platform growing into one of our most used pieces of software. It's ability to manage your basic tasks and communications is fantastic. Everything else is just icing on the cake. Oh, 5 days into my trial, I had already covered the monthly cost of the pro package. So that's pretty cool.

Awesome customer service, and great results thus far. Open rates are through the roof compared to other platforms.

UPDATE 7-2021 --- Octane AI is EVERYTHING. From the team, to the new quizzes and Pop-ups I'm dumbfounded how any company is making this work WITHOUT them. Shopify acquire this company and make it part of your in-house offering. Old Review: After relying on ineffective email marketing for years, I decided to make the move over to messenger marketing. My expectations were completely shattered within the first few weeks. Octane AI has allowed me to amass tens of thousands of followers that I can have impactful and meaningful conversations with that provide both them and myself value. In addition to being able to instantly communicate with your most loyal fans/customers, Octane's integration with Shopify has boosted revenue for one of the best quarters I've ever had. Octane's abandoned cart messages is one of my favorite features! Lastly, Octane's customer service is beyond great. I know that if I ever have a question, I can expect an answer or a tutorial within a few hours. All in all, Octane AI is absolutely THE BEST APP ON THE SHOPIFY APP STORE. PERIOD. I could not recommend it more!

In the last 90 days, we've seen close to a 10% conversion rate on abandoned carts from using Octane AI. Not only that, the average order value from the sales converted are 14% higher than our overall average order. Octane AI has tapped into a relatively unsaturated platform by marketing in FB Messenger-- which is incredibly brilliant considering how many people are logged into FB at all times. Being in the luxury goods/fine jewelry space, our customers (in particular, our new customers) need some time to deliberate before purchase. That subtle nudge works wonders. Not to mention, Octane AI comes packed with other features e.g. targeted message blasts, conversation trees for customer service, etc. Would highly recommend.

Octane is a huge time saver and helps create engagement through Facebook, without having to use internal resources to manage Facebook communication. They have a great abandon cart function, that automatically reminds customers about products left in their cart. ROI has been 10x for Octane and as we continue to mine and tweak the Facebook Messenger AI, we expect that to increase significantly. The way we communicate with customers is changing. It's no longer email, it's now Facebook messenger, texts, Instagram, Twitter and way more. Octane is at the forefront of Facebook Messenger AI and they are a great tool.
