**DO NOT USE THIS APP/SERVICE** They use counterfeit postage and USPS will seize your shipment. EDIT: We have attempted multiple times to contact their support team, but they are completely useless and can't fix the issues.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Please rest assured that Tapstitch does not use counterfeit postage. The “postage assessment” or “held awaiting payment” tracking notice is a known USPS system issue that has temporarily affected some international and domestic shipments. No additional payment is required, and all affected parcels are being processed and released by USPS as normal. We truly value your feedback and are working closely with our logistics partners to prevent similar tracking irregularities in the future. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

The overall print quality has been underwhelming. The colors aren’t as vibrant or sharp as expected, and the detailing often lacks the crispness you'd find with other providers. For a brand focused on aesthetics and design, this can be a major drawback. Also, the shipping rates are significantly higher than industry standards. This makes it difficult to stay competitive on price, especially when many of Tapstitch’s competitors offer more affordable (and often faster) shipping options.
Thank you for your honest feedback—we truly appreciate it. Regarding the print quality concern, this issue is due to limitations with All-Over Print (AOP) production, which unfortunately couldn’t be resolved to our standards. Because of this, we’ve discontinued the item you ordered. We recommend checking out our other products, which offer more vibrant colors and sharper detailing to better meet your brand’s needs. As for shipping, we understand your concern and are actively working on reducing both production and delivery times, while keeping quality a top priority. the catalogue of products are great, but items do not want to sync, inventory, always says sold out even when mannually trying to put in stock amount, i tried to go to there support for weeks and they never actually helped, i tried doing all sorts of trouble shooting and nothing, dont reccomend, would if the service actually worked...

This app is OK, I signed up and decided it wasn't for me, and look how to delete my account. I could find any way to do it. I emailed the app to ask how delete it. They respond in broken English asking why I want to leave? I explained it's not a good fit for my store. Im now up to 8 emails back and forth and they still haven't helped me delete my account. It's been really frustrating.
