Honestly the sync has been reliable, and when we made changes on our side, the team made sure everything stayed in order. Questions and small requests were usually handled instantly, and explain the things in a way that’s easy to follow.. They are responsive, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Highly recommended for connecting Shopify and Odoo.
