We've been using this app to connect our Shopify store with Odoo for over a year now, and it has consistently worked fast and seamlessly. Excellent app for syncing Shopify sales with Odoo. Everything works smoothly, including VAT and OSS, and the orders update automatically when there is a refund or any change, without needing manual adjustments or drag-and-drop work. After months of experimenting with different solutions for us, Odoo connector from Tech marbles has solved our troubles. The two way sync has solved two of our most important issues - product sync and order sync to odoo. The settings are a little bit complicated at first but once you get a hang of it, it is pretty seamless. A special mention for the service and issue handling - top notch and on point.

Good support from the team, easy to work with. Complete implementation and the team is ready to debug and add features if needed. Caveat: the app take a while to load in the shopify dashboard which makes it a bit annoying sometimes

I honestly don't know where to start because the experience with Niraj and the TechMarbles team was just outstanding from start to finish. I reached out with a fairly complex setup – we needed payment method mapping between Shopify and Odoo (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments each mapped to their own journal) as well as real-time webhooks configured for multiple areas. Not exactly a simple task. What blew me away was how fast everything happened. Every single message I sent was answered immediately – no waiting, no being passed around, just straight to the point and helpful every single time. They even set up a Teams meeting with me to go through everything together and make sure it was all configured correctly. And they didn't just do the bare minimum and call it done. They stayed with me until absolutely everything was working perfectly. That kind of dedication is honestly rare these days. This is a basic integrator. Does not create new products, can only use one picture, don´t work with variants or bundles. Is only good for integrating orders. Also had to pay 50dls for using prices with tax. Very poor customer support

It's a really great app! I had to sync over 5,000 products with multiple variations per product, and everything worked perfectly. I'm grateful to the support team for all their help; they were very quick and efficient.
