Exceptional App & Support After verifying how the integration worked on test store, we rolled it out to our live store and the team applied all our customizations to it right away. Since then they’ve kept adding new features we needed: mapping payment methods to Odoo payment journals, auto-paying refund credit notes, syncing tax-exempt status from Odoo to Shopify, and adjusting how order notes come through to fit our workflow. We’ve been using this app to sync our Shopify store with Odoo for a few months, and the support has been excellent. The app functions seamlessly however, due to the multiple customizations in our Odoo account, we had many requests for custom tasks and all were completed promptly. The team was just a message away to support and develop and resolve all our concerns. The biggest challange was when our Odoo server went down mid-sync and many products dropped to zero stock. They traced it, deployed a fix and fully resynced inventory within a couple of hours. They also supported us through our Odoo server migration and set up multi-location fulfillment so orders reserve from the correct warehouse. Fast, thorough and always clear in their explanations. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using this app to connect our Shopify store with Odoo Online, and it does exactly what we needed. Orders and invoices go straight into Odoo with the right details, which saves our team a lot of manual work every day. App really well detailed allowing great possibility of configurations. Our Odoo version is 16.0 worked perfectly, we have some costumizations built in and Techmarbles team was tireless on helping us connect with Odoo and integrate with those special configurations we have by addapting the app. We had interactions with the support team that always replied fast and with great knowledge of Odoo, Shopify and even taxes. I highly recommend this app, great job!

Really helpful and assisted with the technical team We ran into a few initial hiccups with pricing and order matching, but the team sorted out everything quickly over WhatsApp. They give fast replies and actually dig deep to fix the root issue instead of sending generic answers. Today, our store runs perfectly on auto-sync, giving us massive peace of mind. Having an expert technical team always available on WhatsApp makes all the difference!
