Very helpful support team, hands on and dedicated to fix any issue. Our set-up took a little bit of time and we still have to fix a few syncing topics, but I am confident that also this will be solved soon.

Everything works smoothly, including VAT and OSS, and the orders update automatically when there is a refund or any change, without needing manual adjustments or drag-and-drop work. I honestly don't know where to start because the experience with Niraj and the TechMarbles team was just outstanding from start to finish. I reached out with a fairly complex setup – we needed payment method mapping between Shopify and Odoo (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments each mapped to their own journal) as well as real-time webhooks configured for multiple areas. Not exactly a simple task. What blew me away was how fast everything happened. Every single message I sent was answered immediately – no waiting, no being passed around, just straight to the point and helpful every single time.
