I honestly don't know where to start because the experience with Niraj and the TechMarbles team was just outstanding from start to finish. I reached out with a fairly complex setup – we needed payment method mapping between Shopify and Odoo (PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments each mapped to their own journal) as well as real-time webhooks configured for multiple areas. Not exactly a simple task. What blew me away was how fast everything happened. Every single message I sent was answered immediately – no waiting, no being passed around, just straight to the point and helpful every single time. They even set up a Teams meeting with me to go through everything together and make sure it was all configured correctly. And they didn't just do the bare minimum and call it done. They stayed with me until absolutely everything was working perfectly. That kind of dedication is honestly rare these days. If you're on the fence about using TechMarbles or need any kind of custom setup – just do it. The service is exceptional and the team clearly takes pride in what they do. 100% recommended!

I had an excellent experience with their service. The integration was amazing and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They provided a great solution for Odoo Online, which many other consultants told me was not possible without moving to another version. This is a basic integrator. Does not create new products, can only use one picture, don´t work with variants or bundles. Is only good for integrating orders. Also had to pay 50dls for using prices with tax. Very poor customer support

It's a really great app! I had to sync over 5,000 products with multiple variations per product, and everything worked perfectly. I'm grateful to the support team for all their help; they were very quick and efficient.

Strong solution for Odoo–Shopify integration. The setup is reliable, well-structured, and actually solves real operational problems instead of creating new ones. We explored creating an odoo website, but did not like the limitations of a more wysiwg site, and ended up developing our site with next js and the odoo ecommerce (at the time) wasn't capable of sitting headlessly within that site. We already have been using Shopify for ... 10 years? so that also meant we didnt have to migrate our data into Odoo but we had struggled for the last 6 years or so with inventory levels syncing to Odoo as we also sell outside of shopify (mainly). But also we had so many duplication of contacts/orders and admin. We explored a solution through Odoo app which was very expensive and looked terrible (clunky, prone to breaking) and nearly invested in that despite its issues until we came across this. What a haven! It is very consistent and pretty reliable (especially considering the complex nature of our set up). When we do have a bug (we've had some variants not displaying the correct quantity, or pulling through differently from the shopify order into odoo), but when we've contacted Tech Marbles they are very diligent, quickly reviewing and troubleshooting to develop a solution. (For scale of this, at the moment we dont have any issues for several months, and have only had 3-4 over the past year.)

I've been using this integration between Odoo and Shopify for almost a year now and, honestly, it's a game-changer! The features are simple but effective and above all, the team was responsive. I had the opportunity to provide feedback, ask specific questions about certain features… I received each time a clear response, with a solution or product update. Today this integration is extremely comprehensive, stable, and much more intuitive than many other solutions available on Odoo.sh. The integration works for both Odoo → Shopify synchronization as for Shopify → Odoo. Both platforms are properly configured and if you need a specific or customized feature, the team can develop it for you. In short, I highly recommend testing this integration - the 30-day trial is more than enough to realize how much it can simplify your daily life!
