Works exactly as we wanted it to. On the odd occasion where we needed any help, the team is always available to jump in and fix it. We had issues where different products needed different date ranges for deliveries. We got full support from the team to fix it on the spot. A big shout out to Anna who was not only helpful but did it in minutes.

Great help - couldn't have done more to get the set up process complete. Anna was a great help - very happy.

I use this app to let my customers know how quickly we are currently processing orders. This app allows my customers to know exactly what timeframes they can expect their orders to be ready for shipping. I have been using it for years. Any time I have needed support it has been fast and the problem resolved in no time.

ottima app, che ti da la liberta di inserire su ogni singola referenza la previsione di arrivo. ottimo per negozi con un grossa mole di arrivi diversificati per prodotto, cosi da far avvertire il cliente dell'arrivo previsto del prodotto. sarebbe da aggiungere in caso di pre-ordini, di poter modificare la data d'arrivo del prodotto all'interno a l'ordine stesso. magari dopo l'aggiungeranno questa modalità

We got this app after looking at the reviews and it turned out well. Although our project took a bit of time, Anna and their developers were very helpful in helping us get the customization we needed. We built something custom for our store and the team was very helpful in understanding our needs and building something. It did not work out in the end due to app restrictions - but this was custom and needs complete customization. However, we were able to figure a solution out. We used their code to put on our page builder app and it is working for us. Their team is professional. They were able to get on a video call and help us clarify our doubts and our concerns. Anna is the best. Her response is very fast through chat. She is very nice, professional and understands the people. I can confidently say no matter how many times you have problems in your store, they will help you.

After the estimated shipping app I was using vanished, I decided to give this one a shot. Looks great and Anna is awesome from customer support! She fixed a few aesthetic issues for me.

This app is great for websites that sell all over the world. For the products we sell, setting up shipping and arrival times has always been a complex issue as each product varies in size and weight. Because there are many shipping methods for different products and different countries. This APP is currently able to solve our setup problem. This will give buyers a more direct understanding of shipping times and shipping methods.

The app is great, and the support is even better! We use it to show personalized delivery messages depending on their zip code.
