L’application est exactement comme je le souhaitais. Il m’aide à mettre une date de livrasion pour des produits sur mesure. En plus le détail s’affiche dans le panier et les confirmations de commande. Mes clientes adorent ! Enfin le service client est excellent très réactif et efficace. Merci beaucoup ! The app is exactly what I wanted. It helps me to set a delivery date for custom products. The details are also displayed in the shopping cart and the order confirmations. My customers love it! The customer service is excellent, very responsive and efficient. Thank you so much!

Love this app. Very comprehensive features, among which is the ability to set different delivery estimates for each individual delivery option. It was easy to install and set up, but I wanted the design to fit in with our site design and Anna sorted it all out in no time. Excellent app with excellent support who really care.

Fantastic app - they also recently improved it by letting you turn on/off the timer for whichever product group you have created. Definitely recommend.

The customer service of this is one of the best i have experience, Anna was patient and was able to assist us in our customisation as per we require. Kudos to the team at Omega, the Apps does work well for us, with some minor hiccups in the onboarding phase.

Started using this app, figuring out everything by myself. But they have a great support team if you need any customization. Just tell them your request, and they will come back with super clear instructions what/how to do, and a piece of code to paste at the specified location. Truly impressed. Thanks Mia, Trong and Minh. Very flexible app, well worth considering if you want to apply delivery estimates at a product level. Customer Support really knowledgeable and responsive.

I installed this app and it didn't quite meet my needs. I contacted support and spoke to Ngoc quite a lot who from the outset was extremely helpful and supportive. This company really cares about their app and this is clear in their customer support. The team managed to work on a solution for my problem and the turnaround time was excellent with everything implemented straight away. Thank you :)

I used this app as it allowed me more flexiability to offer estimated delivery times of various vendors and products. Works brilliantly! I asked the devs various questions regarding how to do things and they always got back to me very quickly, with the answer. Very friendly, great service and a great app!

Great app! Well worth the cost, it helped my conversion to be able to show the customers on the product page when it might arrive. Support is great as well, quick to respond and fix an issue I was having. 5 stars!

The Omega team has been incredible to work with. I had several questions about getting the app to function just the way I wanted to and they were very helpful and always quick to respond. The app has a lot of customization that really helped me get a message to my customers the way I wanted. I also had a few custom requests of them to get the install to match my theme as well as my idea of how it would look. They jumped right in and make it look incredible. I've been working with the Estimated Shipping Date application for a few months now. We've had a few bumps but this team has been very responsive and has my supported my store wholeheartedly. This is a great app. It keeps our customer's informed about shipping times and it definitely helps with conversions. Glad to have such a great partner.
