5+ Stars!! Brilliant support!! I am so happy that I added this tracking app...PayPal are now taking me seriously and this is a game changer for my business. Paypal have now released the funds they had on hold. Thank you for this amazing and easy to install app.

Tracking works fine, but the app is missing a pretty basic feature. It doesn't transmit the delivery status to Shopify, which makes no sense since the app already has that info. I reached out to support, and they said, "it's not part of our app's scope" and refused to implement it. That's disappointing since this is a standard feature for any tracking app.

However, our app is designed specifically to display a tracking page on your store for your customers and to show order tracking statuses within our app. It’s not intended to sync delivery statuses to the Shopify Admin. thanks so Samuel, i did not knew about this tool Samuel explained it quite well, and i'm convinced that i am in need for this tool this is will make easier for my customer which will increase my sales.
