OMNI has made managing our customer memberships so much easier. Setting up different membership levels and rewards was straightforward, and our customers love being able to earn and use points both online and in our physical store. The app works smoothly with Shopify and the POS system, so everything stays in sync. Whenever we had questions, the support team was quick and helpful. Overall, OMNI has helped us build stronger relationships with our customers and increase repeat business. Highly recommended!
