Dear Omniva IT Department, Please change the developer for the Shopify Omniva plugin. During high traffic periods on the Shopify e-store, the plugin fails to generate addresses and shows an error to customers. Entering the same address multiple times (5-6) results in errors. Today, the app displayed the message: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner, check the logs for more information." These issues are severely impacting Valensnutri.com's business, leading to frustrated customers and lost sales. Immediate action is required to resolve these problems.
