how to cancel the subscription service ? i do cancel the service but why still have this recurring charge on my shopify account ?

We are really sorry about this issue. The subscription is cancelled automatically by Shopify just uninstalling the app from the Apps section in your dashboard. Let us know if you still have problems on this.
