We only have downloaded the app so I can not give that a full review as of yet . But the customer service has been very good to help with some things I needed to sort out from my end . I will come back again after some usage of the app . Luxury Interiors . Ireland .

I hope the DEV team can "skin in the game" and consider sending more complete data. Currently, the "Browser ID (fbp)" and "Click ID (fbc)" fields are missing, causing Ads Manager to be slower to identify users. This app only received an 8 out of 10 rating from EventsManager for its data submissions. *Edite 16.3.2026: OnePixel has completed fixed this issues. I confirmed it. This is very important for ecommerce. Thank you for quick support, OnePixel.

The app doest work with the event purchase waste of time

At the moment, OnePixel is designed to work specifically with Shopify’s default checkout. Useless app. It can't report purchases unless you pay for a paid plan. Waste of time

I have just installed the app. Installation and setting is cearly explained. But besides that I needed as well to talk to the team behind it to make shure that I set things correctly. For the first time Ricky gave me a clear and stright to the point answer. After that Julie helped me with understanding the set up and testing process. She answered all my questions promptly and clearly and due to this I have pixels installed and as well their team helped me to check if everything is working. The app itself is an all-in-one pixel tracking solution that allows to easily add multiple pixels to your Shopify website with conversion-API support. Thank you guys for great support and great app.

I tried one pixel before but it’s hard to navigate and they don’t have the option of separating pixels on every product, only app that does this in pixelify.
