I had some issues when I synced Faire with Shopify and then Shopify wouldn't sync with Clover on some items (problem was multiple items with the same SKU. Joseph guided me through getting it going, and was very helpful. Now, it linked my Clover to My Shopify just like I wanted it to do. I used the chat feature and Shea was able to walk it right on through. It was very convenient.
