Thea at CloverSync went above and beyond on countless occasions to make sure all my questions were answered and my process was as quick and easy as possible. As a retail store looking to expand online I did find this syncing process very helpful in transferring data and inventory. Unfortunately the variants of styles split into their own individual items but that was a Clover programing issue not the syncing process. Thea worked with me to better understand why this happened and offered to assist in condensing the split items. I cannot say enough good things about the amount of support and effort put forth to solve this issue and I would highly recommend this syncing platform. As a non-tech person the 24/7 help center was a godsend!
