The customer service was quick and highly efficient. They identified the issue and resolved it within a day of me reaching out, but the app stopped working. I now have upset customers that are not buying because I marketed this particular feature. I am disappointed that I had to uninstall the app. Happily, I can say, the staff, specifically Dov and Gal, are superstars when it comes to customer service, promptness and communication. They've worked on this app and has kept in communication on its progress and updates. I am happy to offer this innovative app to my customers.
