It just... works? I don't think I've ever seen an app that just works. This one does. It's like a unicorn. They got a brilliant FAQ and a great answer chat bot that is actually helpful. The pricing is extremely fair. The formatting is flexible and it has in-built translation capability. Thanks for fixing my B2B problems.

The EU TAX Exemption plugin works really well and was surprisingly easy to install. Everything functioned as expected right out of the box. And if you run into any issues, the support team is fantastic. They respond within a couple of hours and guide you through the setup quickly. In my case the plugin works on the Advanced Shopify Subscription

After a long search and some fails over the years and changes to shopify key functionality I was dispairing as a UK based store that needs to account for VAT unless a B2B in europe. We are OSS registered in ireland. We have just installed the trial and completed full tests with all parameters, including using a VPN to spoof locations, and it just works. Looking forward to seeing the app in practice.

It is a great and simple app. The customer support is very helpful and has quick response times. I can recommend this app to anyone looking for a VAT validation system on their webshop for B2B customers

Veel vergelijkbare apps zijn namaak of werken niet naar behoren, maar deze app doet precies wat hij belooft. Dit is duidelijk de originele en betrouwbare oplossing binnen dit segment. De installatie is eenvoudig en alles werkt direct zoals verwacht.

Voor de nieuwe PEPPOL wetgeving in België hebben we Billit via de Webwinkelfacturen koppeling geïntegreerd in onze Shopify store. Echter vragen deze zelf geen btw nummer op, daar is OO-EU Tax Exemption app de redder geweest. . We verkopen zowel B2C als B2B, in binnen en buitenland. Registratie van het correcte btw nummer en toepassing van de 'BTW verlegt' regel vóór de checkout indien nodig is van groot belang. . Hebben veel apps getest, maar deze stak er ver bovenuit. Veel mogelijkheden qua instellingen en styling. . Voor onze koppeling moest de btw nummer in de order notes komen zonder prefix, na een snel antwoord van de support was dit in no-time toegevoegd als optie voor iedereen. . Fantastisch gevoel om een app support te hebben die zo snel en oplossingsgericht handelt!

This app does exactly what it promises. EU VAT numbers are validated automatically and business customers can check out VAT-free without any issues. Setup was quick and straightforward, and everything worked right away. Support is responsive and helpful. Since installing this app, our EU B2B checkout process has been much smoother. Highly recommended.
