Amazing customer service from Cassie!
Great customer service, went above and beyond. Well priced, and offers functionality many other variation apps don't, such as images changing when you hover.
Absolutely love Optis! The app has made my store look so much cleaner, more professional, and easier for customers to shop. What has impressed me most though is the support team. They respond so quickly and are always happy to help with any questions or changes. As someone who isn’t very tech-savvy, having that level of support has been invaluable. Nothing ever feels too hard because they’re always there to help. Highly recommend both the app and the amazing team behind it! Highly recommend!"

I am absolutely impressed by both the product and the support team behind it. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and well organized. The app itself is truly useful, intuitive, and works exactly as intended. During setup, I ran into a few issues due to my website's custom code, but the support was outstanding. A friendly and knowledgable representative responded immediately, guided me through the process, and involved their IT team when needed. Together, they've resolved everything quickly and made sure the app was working perfectly. The fact that all of this support was provided free of charge made it even more impressive. Recommended!
