Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the app was marketed as free and that the pricing came as a surprise. We’d like to clarify that our pricing plans and costs are clearly displayed both within the app and on our Shopify App Store listing when the app is installed, maybe you've overlooked it. We always aim to make our pricing information as transparent as possible, so we’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding. We also reached out to you by email to better understand your concern and clarify the situation, but unfortunately, we haven’t heard back yet. We’d truly appreciate another opportunity to work with you and help clarify any misunderstanding, as well as see if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience. Please feel free to reply to our email anytime, we’d be more than happy to assist. 💙
