Great product, disappointing pricing changes. The product itself is solid and works well. However, the recent pricing structure and the way it was suddenly implemented feels out of touch. Previously created product groups are effectively being held hostage unless you upgrade, which makes hours of prior setup work useless when updates are needed. It’s frustrating and undermines trust in what is otherwise a good tool. (update) after a conversation with the developers they have helped iron out doubt and issues we had and the app is become a highlighted part of our store.
