While there are limits to what I can customize myself, it's helpful that dedicated support staff handle it for me. However, I feel that expanding the scope of customization available to users would be beneficial for everyone involved.

I really enjoyed using the Optis app. It was super easy to set up, and the design looks amazing on my site — clean, professional, and exactly what I needed. This App is exactly, what i was looking for. Really good design options an a great support. And for now it is completely free and have more/better options than Apps with paid plans.

UNMATCHED Customer Support and a Powerful App! I use this application to manage product variants on my site, and it does the job perfectly. Not only is the app free and easy to use, but it's the technical support that makes it absolutely essential. I have rarely encountered such a responsive and effective team. I needed help displaying the variants on my collection page; they fixed the issue while I was sleeping! That is a level of service I never would have imagined!!!! Later, I ran into another display problem on my collection (related to a different element). Their team diagnosed and corrected the situation in less than 3 hours. Their speed is astonishing, and the quality of their help is professional and attentive. If you are looking for a reliable application with support that genuinely cares about your success, this is it. A huge thank you to Lin, Cherry, Cassie and the team! 5 stars thoroughly deserved.

Excellent app and amazing support! OPTIS Color Swatch Variants made my product pages look so much more professional and user-friendly. It was super easy to set up, and the customization options fit perfectly with my theme. I had a few small issues at first, but the tech support team responded quickly and solved everything right away. Great app — highly recommended for any Shopify store!

Optis Color Swatches does exactly what it says. I’ve been using it to group different products together as swatches, and it makes organizing colors really easy. The app is simple to use, and the support team is always there to help if you run into any issues. Definitely a helpful tool for anyone working with colors!

Excellent app and fantastic support The Optis app works really well. Customer service responds very quickly and immediately helps you find solutions — my problem was solved within a few minutes. The app is user-friendly, well-organised and adds exactly the features that Shopify itself lacks. You can also see that the team is constantly making improvements, which inspires confidence. Highly recommended for any online shop that wants to work efficiently.
