I rarely leave reviews, but the experience with the Optis Variant App team truly deserves it. I had five specific customization requests – some quite detailed – and to my surprise, everything was implemented perfectly by the very next day. Not only did they execute exactly what I asked for, but the support team (especially the ladies I was in touch with) were incredibly kind, proactive, and thoughtful. They didn’t just follow instructions – they actually thought along with me and suggested improvements I hadn’t even considered. The app itself works great, but what really makes it stand out is the exceptional customer service. Just the app I was looking for! This app offers a very straightforward way to customize your variants and even display them on the collection page. The app is great, and the customer service is even better. The customer service responds quickly to all of my inquiries and has helped with every customization that I have requested. I greatly appreciate all of your help!
