I can’t say enough good things about the kindness and generosity I experienced while getting help with a Shopify issue that had been frustrating me for days. Not only did Katlyn take the time to fully understand the problem, but also walked me through the solution step by step with incredible patience. Katlyn also provided screenshots which was helpful. What stood out the most was Katlyn’s willingness to go above and beyond—offering clear explanations, sharing helpful tips, and even offering to fix it herself. Thanks to her expertise and generosity, my Shopify store is now running smoothly again. I’m truly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing reliable and compassionate support.

Recien descargo la aplicación y si bien hay que mirar como configurar todo bien, tuve unas consultas que Christine muy gentilmente me ayudo a resolver para dejar todo correctamente configurado. hasta ahora se me ha hecho facil de configurar y tiene varias opciones de personalizacion.

I'm currently on the free plan, but the customer support has been absolutely wonderful — very responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. Cherry and the team went above and beyond to fix the alignment issues on my product page, and everything looks great now. Looking forward to exploring more features as I grow my store.
